學位考口試申請須繳交下列文件(114學年度第2學期開放時間:2026 / 02 / 23 ~ 2026 / 06 / 30)
The following documents must be submitted for the degree oral examination application. (2026 / 02 / 23 ~ 2026 / 06 / 30)
一、論文考試申請書一式兩份(於教學務系統上申請後列印出來給"所有指導教授"簽名)。
1. Two copies of the Thesis Examination Application Form
(to be completed in the Academic Affairs System and printed out for the signatures of all advisors).
二、考試委員名冊一式兩份(於教學務系統上申請後列印出來給"所有指導教授"簽名),並請與指導教授確認委員之最高學歷、現任單位、現職職稱是否正確,如有問題請聯繫系辦。
2. Two copies of the Examination Committee Member List
(to be completed in the Academic Affairs System and printed out for the signatures of all advisors).
Please confirm with your advisor(s) that each committee member’s highest academic degree, current affiliation, and current title are correct. If there are any issues, please contact the department office.
三、與本系專任教師之指導教授在國內外學術期刊或研討會之投稿接受證明(已抵免學科考筆試者免附)。
3. Proof of acceptance for a submission to a domestic or international academic journal or conference co-authored with the advisor, who must be a full-time faculty member of the department.
Students who have been exempted from the written subject examination are not required to submit this document.
四、TOEIC 600 ↑ 或 同等英文能力檢測之證明(英語系國家免附)。
4. Proof of a TOEIC score of 600 or above, or proof of equivalent English proficiency.
This is not required for students from English-speaking countries.
五、如果因為時間關係導致未能繳交投稿接受證明或英語能力檢測證明者,可先行檢附「已通過論文考試本學期不畢業申請書」作為代替,相關證明之後補上即可(如果沒補上就會延畢)。
5. If, due to time constraints, you are unable to submit the proof of acceptance for publication or the proof of English proficiency at the time of application, you may submit the Application Form for Non-Graduation in the Current Semester After Passing the Thesis Examination as a temporary substitute.
The required supporting documents may be submitted later. Failure to submit them will result in delayed graduation.

學位考口試申請送交系辦後,由系辦統一以簽呈之方式辦理學位考試相關程序後,由校方核發口試委員聘書。(過程約5~10個工作天)
After the application for the degree oral examination is submitted to the department office, the office will process the relevant procedures for the degree examination through official administrative approval, after which the University will issue the appointment letters to the oral examination committee members. (The process takes approximately 5 to 10 working days.)
學生應與指導教授排定口試日期、時間及確認論文延後公開事宜後,線上填寫表單,由系辦安排口試教室。

After scheduling the date and time of the oral examination with the advisor and confirming matters related to delayed public access to the thesis, the student should complete the online form, and the department office will arrange the examination room.

※口試申請歸口試申請;口試日期安排歸口試日期安排,兩者並非同一件事。
Note:
The oral examination application and the scheduling of the oral examination date are two separate matters.
表單填畢後,最晚於口試前一週公告口試教室(→公告欄←)
After the form is completed, the examination room will be announced no later than one week before the oral examination.

On the day of the oral examination, please confirm with your advisor that the following documents are available.
(All documents will be printed by the department office and given to the advisor.)
一、碩士班學位考試評分表(每位口委一張)
1. Master’s Degree Examination Evaluation Form (one copy for each committee member)
二、論文考試成績計算單(只有一張)
2. Thesis Examination Score Calculation Sheet (one copy only)
三、考試及格證明(只有一張)
3. Certificate of Passing the Examination (one copy only)
四、考試委員審查意見表(每位口委一張)
4. Examination Committee Review Comment Form (one copy for each committee member)
五、召集人論文審查確認簽核表(只有一張)
5. Convener’s Thesis Review Confirmation Form (one copy only)
六、紙本論文延後公開申請書(有填表單才會有兩張)
6. Hard-copy Application Form for Delayed Public Access to the Thesis
(two copies will be provided only if the online form has been completed)
七、論文原創性比對檢核表(只有一張)
7. Thesis Originality Similarity Check Form (one copy only)
八、口試及指導人事費印領清冊(一式兩份,請學生自行填寫,並於口試完畢後儘速繳回系辦)(填寫方式如圖)
8. Receipt Form for Oral Examination and Advising Fees
(in duplicate; to be completed by the student and returned to the department office as soon as possible after the oral examination)
