依本校博士暨碩士學位考試細則所訂，學生原則上須於學位考試前一學期提出「學位論文計畫申請書」，經本系及海運暨管理學院博士暨碩士學位考試審查委員會審查通過後，送教務處註冊課務組備查。 請上本校教學務系統申請! According to the University’s Detailed Regulations for Doctoral and Master’s Degree Examinations, students are in principle required to submit the Thesis/Dissertation Proposal Application Form one semester prior to the degree examination. After review and approval by the Department and the Review Committee for Doctoral and Master’s Degree Examinations of the College of Maritime and Management, the application shall be forwarded to the Division of Registration and Curriculum, Office of Academic Affairs, for record. Please apply through the University Academic Information System. |

學位論文計畫申請書應載有中、英文題目，中文題目在上；英文題目在下，兩者分列不同行。 The Thesis/Dissertation Proposal Application Form must include both Chinese and English titles, with the Chinese title above and the English title below, each on a separate line. |

|
學位論文計畫申請書紙本須有研究生本人及指導教授（與共同指導教授）簽章。 The application form must bear the graduate student’s signature and the signatures or seals of all advisors. |
