資格考口試
本系之資格考口試資格依本系博士班修業規則所訂之（請依照入學適用年度→ 查看本系法規 ←）。
Eligibility for the doctoral qualifying oral examination in this department is governed by the Departmental Regulations for Doctoral Studies.

提出前請先確認以下事項
Before submitting your application, please confirm the following:
一、已繳交指導教授確認書。
1. The Advisor Confirmation Form has been submitted.
二、已完成資格考筆試。
2. The subject examination (written qualifying examination) has been completed.
三、學分數已修畢。
3. All required credits have been completed.
四、學位論文計畫申請已通過教務處備查。
4. The Thesis/Dissertation Proposal Application has been approved and accepted for record by the Office of Academic Affairs.
五、其他法規訂定之條件皆有達到。
5. All other requirements stipulated by relevant regulations have been fulfilled.
資格考口試申請須繳交下列文件
The following documents must be submitted for the qualifying oral examination application.
一、資格考申請書一式兩份（於教學務系統上申請並列印）。
1. Two copies of the Qualifying Oral Examination Application Form
(to be completed and printed from the Academic Affairs System).
二、資格考核委員名冊一式兩份（於教學務系統上申請並列印），並請與指導教授確認委員之最高學歷、現任單位、現職職稱是否正確，如有問題請聯繫系辦。
2. Two copies of the Qualifying Oral Examination Committee Member List
(to be completed and printed from the Academic Affairs System).
Please confirm with your advisor that each committee member’s highest academic degree, current affiliation, and current title are correct. If there are any issues, please contact the department office.
三、歷年成績單一份（本校正式成績單），自助列印機現設於行政大樓。
3. One official transcript covering all years of study
(official transcript issued by the University). A self-service printing machine is available in the Administration Building.
四、博士學位候選人著作目錄與學位論文初稿對照明細表一份 → 點此下載 ←。
4. One copy of the Detailed Comparison Table between the Doctoral Candidate’s Publication List and the First Draft of the Dissertation. → Download ←
五、學科考試一覽表一份→ 點此下載 ←。
5. One copy of the Subject Examination List → Download ←
六、論文計畫書一份（包含封面、摘要及前三章）。
6. One copy of the dissertation proposal (including the cover page, abstract, and the first three chapters).
七、SCI(E)或SSCI期刊論文收錄證明及該期刊為SCI(E)或SSCI之證明（可用Journal Citation Reports™ JCR系統 查詢期刊名稱是否有收錄（查詢方式）。
7. Proof that the paper has been indexed in an SCI(E) or SSCI journal, and proof that the journal is listed in SCI(E) or SSCI.
You may use the Journal Citation Reports™ (JCR) system to verify whether the journal is indexed in SCI(E) or SSCI. Please refer to the instructions for the search procedure.
八、所有檔案之電子檔請註明學號、姓名並郵寄給承辦人。
8. Please label all electronic files with your student ID number and name, and email them to the staff member in charge.
資格考口試申請提交後，系上會召開博士暨碩士審查委員會進行審查，審查通過後再經院、校審查，最後由校方核發資格考口試委員聘書。
核發聘書後，系辦會告知指導教授已可進行口試。
After the application for the qualifying oral examination is submitted, the department will convene the Doctoral and Master’s Review Committee for review. Once approved, the application will be further reviewed by the college and the University.
Finally, the University will issue the appointment letters to the qualifying oral examination committee members.
After the appointment letters are issued, the department office will inform the advisor that the oral examination may proceed.
學生應與指導教授排定口試日期及時間後，至系辦預約口試教室（親至、電聯或Email皆可）。
After scheduling the date and time of the oral examination with the advisor, the student should reserve an examination room through the department office, either in person, by phone, or by email.
口試當日請與指導教授確認有以下文件（文件皆由系辦印製並交給指導教授）
On the day of the oral examination, please confirm with your advisor that the following documents are available. （All documents will be printed by the department office and given to the advisor）.
一、資格考核口試成績計算單（由系辦印製）
1. Qualifying Oral Examination Score Calculation Sheet
(printed by the department office)
二、論文資格考試(口試)評分表（每位口委一張）
2. Dissertation Qualifying Examination (Oral Examination) Evaluation Form
(one copy for each committee member)
三、口試及指導人事費印領清冊（一式兩份）（由系辦印製、學生自行填寫）（填寫方式如圖）
3. Receipt Form for Oral Examination and Advising Fees
(in duplicate; printed by the department office and completed by the student)
(please complete it according to the sample provided)
資格考口試通過三個月後，才可進行學位考口試!
Students may not take the degree oral examination until three months after passing the qualifying oral examination.
