What should I do if my thesis/dissertation title needs to be revised?

若修改後的論文題目與原研究方向明顯偏離，經指導教授確認後，學生須重新提出學位論文計畫申請；待申請通過後，方可申請學位考口試。
If the revised thesis/dissertation title significantly deviates from the original research direction, and this has been confirmed by the advisor, the student must submit a new thesis/dissertation proposal application. The student may apply for the degree oral examination only after the new application has been approved.
若只是調整論文題目的文字，使題目更符合研究方向，則可於學位考口試後修改，無須重新提出申請。
If the revision only involves wording changes to make the thesis/dissertation title better reflect the research direction, the title may be revised after the degree oral examination, and no new application is required.
