筆試抵免申請注意事項 Important Notes for the Written （Qualifying） Examination Waiver Application |
一、提交學科考筆試抵免申請表。 1. Please submit the Written Examination Waiver Application Form for the subject qualifying examination. 二、研討會若尚未舉行，仍需事先提交抵免申請表進行審核。 2. If the conference has not yet been held, the waiver application form must still be submitted in advance for review. 三、上傳研討會上台報告之一分鐘影音檔。 3. Upload a one-minute video recording of your conference presentation. 四、上傳期刊論文接受函或已刊登之頁面訊息。 4. Please upload the journal article acceptance letter or documentation showing publication. 五、請注意「學科考筆試通過之後，才能進行學位考口試」。 5. Please note that students may proceed to the degree oral examination only after passing the written subject qualifying examination. 六、如果研討會日期在「當學期博碩士生學位考試申請截止日之後」或「口試日期之後」，須先提交「已通過論文考試本學期不畢業申請書」，才可以申請學位考口試。 6. If the conference date falls after the application deadline for graduate degree examinations in the current semester or after the oral examination date, students must first submit the Application for Not Graduating in the Current Semester After Passing the Thesis Examination before applying for the degree oral examination. |
一、提交資格考筆試抵免申請表。 1. Submit the Written Qualifying Examination Waiver Application Form. 二、上傳期刊論文接受函或已刊登之頁面訊息。 2. Upload the journal article acceptance letter or documentation showing publication. 三、上傳產學合作計畫相關證明。 3. Upload supporting documents related to industry-academia collaboration projects. 四、上傳與航運有關之專利或發明之相關證明。 4. Upload supporting documents related to patents or inventions associated with shipping. 五、請注意「資格考筆試通過之後，才能進行資格考口試」。 5. Please note that students may proceed to the oral qualifying examination only after passing the written qualifying examination. |
